Using this site

Browse it, watch the videos, share the links — that’s what it’s for. What we ask you not to do: interfere with how the site works or its security, harvest content or contact details automatically, or use the booking form to send bulk, misleading, or abusive messages.

Our content

The text, images, video, band name and logo on this site belong to The Cherry Dogs or are used with permission. Some photographs and videos remain the property of the photographers and creators who made them and appear here with their permission.

Linking to us, sharing a page, or embedding one of our videos is welcome. Reusing our content commercially — or republishing it as your own — needs our written consent first.

Press and promoters

If you’re promoting a confirmed Cherry Dogs engagement, you may use the biography, photographs and logos from our press kit for that purpose without asking. Please don’t alter the logo or crop photographs in a way that changes what they show.

Show listings

We keep the show list as accurate as we can, but dates, times and venues do change, and shows are occasionally cancelled or postponed at short notice. Before travelling, check with the venue.

Where a show has tickets, they’re sold by the venue or its ticketing provider under that company’s terms. We aren’t the seller and can’t help with purchases, refunds, or entry decisions made by a venue.

Booking enquiries

Sending an enquiry doesn’t hold a date and doesn’t create a contract. Availability, pricing, set length and any other performance detail are only agreed when the band confirms them directly, in writing. What happens to the details you send is set out in our privacy policy.

Merch

Nothing is sold through this site at the moment. When the store opens, purchases will be handled by a third-party commerce provider under its own terms of sale, and your payment details will go to that provider — never to this site. We’ll publish shipping and returns terms before anything goes on sale.

Links to other sites

We link out to YouTube, our social accounts, venues, festivals and ticket sellers. Those sites aren’t under our control and have their own terms and privacy policies — including YouTube, whose terms apply once you press play on an embedded video.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate, available and secure, but we can’t promise it will always be up to date, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, The Cherry Dogs and its members aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site — for example lost profits, or wasted travel to a show whose details changed. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Ontario.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes — adding the store, for example. The date at the top always shows when they were last revised.
